INGREDIENTS
- left over rice,
- corn kennels boiled
- 3 green chillies
- lemon to taste
- coriander
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- 2-3 spoon gram floor( besan)
- red chilli 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala1 tsp
- oil to fry
- METHOD
- take the left over rice in a bowladd boiled corn kennelssalt,red chilly powder,haldi,garam masala to it
- grind green chilly and garlic and add the paste to the mixtureadd salt to taste.
- add besan mix the dough well and make small oval rollsheat oil in a pan and fry the rolls till deep brown.
- serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
