RICE CORN ROLL

INGREDIENTS

  • left over rice,
  • corn kennels boiled
  • 3 green chillies
  • lemon to taste
  • coriander
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 spoon gram floor( besan)
  • red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala1 tsp
  • oil to fry

  • METHOD
  • take the left over rice in a bowladd boiled corn kennelssalt,red chilly powder,haldi,garam masala to it
  • grind green chilly and garlic and add the paste to the mixtureadd salt to taste.
  • add besan mix the dough well and make small oval rollsheat oil in a pan and fry the rolls till deep brown.
  • serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
