- mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida(hing) 1 pinch
- Green chillis pieces 1 tsp
- onion pieces 1/2 boul
- Tomatos 1/2 boul
- Curry leaves 7-8
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp

- Left over chapatis 4-5
- Water 2 cups
- Salt and Sugar to taste
- For garnishing
- Green corinder
- Fresh greated Coconut
- METHOD
- Put oil in a pan Put one by one following thingsMustered seeds ,Cumin seed, Hing,onion pieces,Chill pieces,Tomato pieces,Garam masala, Stir and fry for 4-5 min.
- Now put water in it
- let it boil
- Then put left over chapatis 2 inches piecesand let it boil for 2-3 min.
- Garnish with Fresh greated coconut and green corienderServe hot
