TRADITIONAL INDIAN PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • for seasoning
  • Oil 4tsp.
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida(hing) 1 pinch
  • Green chillis pieces 1 tsp
  • onion pieces 1/2 boul
  • Tomatos 1/2 boul
  • Curry leaves 7-8
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Main ingredients
  • Left over chapatis 4-5
  • Water 2 cups
  • Salt and Sugar to taste
  • For garnishing
  • Green corinder
  • Fresh greated Coconut

  • METHOD
  • Put oil in a pan Put one by one following thingsMustered seeds ,Cumin seed, Hing,onion pieces,Chill pieces,Tomato pieces,Garam masala, Stir and fry for 4-5 min.
  • Now put water in it
  • let it boil
  • Then put left over chapatis 2 inches piecesand let it boil for 2-3 min.
  • Garnish with Fresh greated coconut and green corienderServe hot
