- for filling
- 400 gms. cheese
- 500 gms. onion
- 4-5 chillies
- corianders leaves chopped
- salt to taste
- for dough
- 400 gms wheat flour
- salt to taste
- 2 tbs oil
- METHOD
- make dough for parathamix flour,salt & oilmake with warm water
- mix greated cheese, onion, chillies & coriander
- add salt to taste
- make 2 rotis from the dough
- put the mixture of cheese in it.
- stick 2 rotis outline with help of water and roast it on tawa with oil
- serve hot with green chutney.
