INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups tied curds
- 2 cucumbers grated
- 2 green chillies slit
- 2 tbsp. peanut crush
- 2 tsp. ground sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. mint leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh beaten cream
- 1 tsp. oil
- METHOD
- Beat curds till smooth and thick.
- Squeeze out water from cucumber.
- Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
- Add to curds.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
- Serve chilled with polaos, biryanis, parathas, etc.
