INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups plain yogurt or dahi
- 1 cup grated carrots parboiled
- 1 green chilli-finely chopped (optional )
- 1/2 tsp. black salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground, roast cumin seeds (dry roast in microwave or in a wok or frying pan)
