CARROT BOTTLEGOURD COMBO

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - medium carrots
  • 150 gms - bottlegourd
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/2 - lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 400 ml - chilled water
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

  • METHOD Wash carrots, steam/micro/blanch to soften just a little. Repeat for bottlegourd. Chop tomato, bottlegourd, carrot in chunks. Put in an electric blender, grind to a smooth paste. Add all other ingredients, run further till smooth and frothy. Strain, pour into individual glasses.
