INGREDIENTS
- 2 - medium carrots
- 150 gms - bottlegourd
- 1 - tomato
- 1/2 - lemon juice
- 2 tbsp - sugar
- 400 ml - chilled water
- 1/4 tsp - salt
- METHOD Wash carrots, steam/micro/blanch to soften just a little. Repeat for bottlegourd. Chop tomato, bottlegourd, carrot in chunks. Put in an electric blender, grind to a smooth paste. Add all other ingredients, run further till smooth and frothy. Strain, pour into individual glasses.
