JAL JEERA

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp seedless imli (tamarind)
  • 4tsp lime juice
  • 3tbsp sugar
  • 1tsp ginger juice
  • half tsp jeera powder (cumin )
  • half tsp black salt
  • half tsp red chilli powder
  • one forth cup mint paste

  • METHOD soak imli in 1 cup water after one hour mash and extract juice add remaining water mix all ingredientsand chill for 2hours at serving time strain it and garnished with mint leaves and lemon slice.
