INGREDIENTS
- 5 cutting idli vertically
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 onion (small)
- coriander
- 1 tbsp chilli ketchup
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 2 table spoon oil
- salt to taste
- half tsp ginger paste
METHOD first take bowl and then put 2 table spoon oil and then heat it for 5 minutes then put ginger paste,then put cutting vertically onion,then put pieces of idli,then put tomoto ketchup,then put chilly ketchup,soya sauce and salt then mix it.then lastly for garnishing put coriander when you serve to guest
